“Zayed Authority for People of Determination” and “Royal Level Fashion” open new horizons for digital marketing and entrepreneurship for People of Determination

A Strategic Partnership to Enhance Economic Independence


Zayed Authority for People of Determination has signed a cooperation agreement with the “Royal Level Fashion” platform, aimed at enhancing the economic empowerment of People of Determination and expanding opportunities for their products and projects to reach local and international markets through a specialized online platform. This contributes to supporting the sustainability of their productive projects and strengthening their economic independence.

The agreement was signed on behalf of Zayed Authority for People of Determination by His Excellency Abdullah Abdulali Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Authority, while it was signed on behalf of “Royal Level Fashion” by Mr. Rashid Jassim Al Zaabi, CEO of the platform, during a ceremony held at the Authority’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

The agreement reflects both parties’ commitment to building a sustainable partnership model that supports the integration of People of Determination into economic activity, and provides them with modern tools that enable them to showcase and market their products and creativity through professional digital channels, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and keeping pace with the rapid developments in the e-commerce sector.

Under the agreement, the Authority will nominate qualified beneficiaries to take advantage of the platform’s services and introduce it to its members and their families, in addition to joint coordination to implement initiatives and programs that support national directions in the field of economic empowerment and social inclusion.

For its part, “Royal Level Fashion” commits to providing completely free registration for People of Determination without any fees or subscriptions, and without deducting any commissions on their sales through the platform. It will also establish independent online stores for beneficiaries, provide the necessary technical and administrative support to manage stores and orders, and allocate a dedicated digital space to highlight the products of People of Determination and include them in the platform’s promotional and marketing campaigns.

The agreement also includes cooperation in the field of training and professional and digital qualification, by preparing People of Determination and developing their skills in managing online businesses and using digital commerce tools, thereby enhancing their readiness for the labor market and supporting the success of their entrepreneurial projects.

His Excellency Abdullah Abdulali Abdullah Al Humaidan affirmed that the agreement represents a strategic step within the Authority’s efforts to build an integrated system for sustainable economic empowerment. He noted that the Authority continues to expand its network of partnerships across various sectors to create qualitative opportunities that enhance the participation of People of Determination in economic development.

He said: “Economic empowerment is one of the most important pillars of quality of life and independence for People of Determination. This partnership provides them with a specialized platform that enables access to a wider range of customers inside and outside the country and empowers them to transform their skills and creativity into sustainable projects that enhance their effective contribution to the national economy.

For his part, Rashid Jassim Al Zaabi affirmed that this partnership stems from the platform’s commitment to its social responsibility and its keenness to support national and humanitarian initiatives aimed at empowering People of Determination, noting that cooperation with Zayed Authority for People of Determination represents an effective model of partnerships that achieve sustainable social and developmental impact.

He added that the platform will harness its technical and marketing capabilities to support People of Determination and enhance the success of their commercial projects, contributing to fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and achieving greater economic and social inclusion.

The agreement comes within the efforts of Zayed Authority for People of Determination to develop economic empowerment programs and expand investment opportunities in their capabilities, in line with the UAE’s vision to build a more inclusive and sustainable society, in which everyone actively participates in the journey of development and prosperity.
