In celebration of “Union Pledge Day,” Zayed Authority for People of Determination released a short documentary film titled “Together, We Pledge… We Preserve the Union.” The film reflects on one of the most significant milestones in the history of the United Arab Emirates, embodying the values of unity, loyalty, and belonging established by the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace, and his fellow Rulers of the Emirates, may they rest in peace.
It reaffirms that the Union will remain the steadfast foundation of the UAE’s journey of development and prosperity, and that safeguarding its achievements is a shared national responsibility.
The documentary delivers a patriotic message that reflects the commitment of the people of the UAE, across all ages and segments of society, to continue the nation's journey of progress, safeguard the achievements realized since the establishment of the Union, draw inspiration from the vision of the Founding Fathers in strengthening loyalty and national identity, and foster social cohesion among all members of the community.
